Description

Evergreen – pinnate leaves to 5cm (2in) long with 5-7 leaflets. Cream – creamy yellow flowers

Dwarf shrub – Typically only grows to a maximum of one or two feet in height but there will be some exceptions. – rounded, bushy shrub. Produces flowers in clusters of 4-14, 1cm (½in) long.

Hardy – average winter – Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F)

Full sun – shelter from cold drying winds.

Additional Features – Good to know – member of the pea family with vetch-like leaves. November flowering with a sweet scent in a protected position.
